During this phase, we engage in multiple meetings with the client and conduct site visits to gather extensive information. We prioritize listening to the client's needs, budget, lifestyle, vision for their new home and identify key features that align with their lifestyle.
Effective communication during this phase is critical to the success of the project.
We then sketch various floor plans, interior designs. By the end of this phase, we
have developed well-defined floor plans .

Design & Development
In this phase, we transition from sketches to digital modeling. This three-dimensional representation enables clients to explore the proposed house from all inside angles, offering a more comprehensive understanding than static 2-D drawings.
Clients can actively participate in the design process, making dynamic changes during interactive meetings, or review the model at their convenience using our Whatsup group.
Construction documents
In this final phase, we produce all the necessary drawings required for constructing the design. At Studio WISE , we prioritize the integrity of our work by providing comprehensive details to communicate the design specifics and minimize uncertainties during construction.
